First of all you need to login into your cPanel account. You can use this link to Bluehost cPanel as well, this link will take you to their cPanel login page in new tab of your web browser. Enter your username and password there.
After that scroll and look for Databases group of options. In that group of options click on phpMyAdmin you can refer the image below for more clarity to you about where to click.
When you click on that you will be redirected to phpMyAdmin page. In that all the databases which are present on your server will be displayed to you on your screen.
