Nameservers is a common term which you will come across if you are a web developer or blogger. Those are basic things which you should know if you are thinking to host your domain name with any of the web hosting services like Godaddy, InMotionHosting, Digital Ocean etc. nameservers are something which work with your browser to take you to the right website. The things regarding nameservers are bit complex but I will try to make it as simple as possible and will explain you about them.
What are Nameservers and how it works?
Nameservers are specialised servers which work along with your web browser to resolve the IP address of any website when you enter any URL in your browsers address bar. For example when you type BloggingChamps.Com in your address bar your browser knows the URL you have typed in the address bar. It will use DNS to retrieve the nameservers of BloggingChamps.Com.
After that the nameservers which BloggingChamps.Com is using will be served to your browser. So now your browser knows the namesevers of our website it will now ask for A Records of the domain name. A Records is nothing but the address records of our domain. Then our web host will respond to your browser with the IP address of BloggingChamps.Com now your browser will send request to that IP and you can see our website in your web browser this is how a Nameservers work.
