- Latest FileZilla FTP Client software installed on your laptop or desktop computer.
- FTP access details. (FTP Host name, username, password and Port)

Once you have downloaded and installed the client software on your computer and ready with your FTP access details. Open the client software on your computer and click on New > and Site Manager, you can refer the image which is embedded below for more clarity.
You will see a new dialog box on you screen by name Site Manager, in that click on New Site from the sidebar.
Now enter your host name, port number. Choose the Logon type as Normal, enter your username and password in the space provided when you are done with it click on Connect and wait for 5 to 10 seconds you will be connected to your web server.
When you will be succesfuly connected to your web server using FileZilla FTP Client you will see all the files and folder which are present on your web server on your screen.
